Get to Know the PTO
The Kaufman Elementary PTO is a nonprofit parent/teacher organization whose membership includes all parents, legal guardians and staff at Kaufman Elementary School. The PTO’s mission is to promote open communication and understanding between parents and staff of the Kaufman Elementary School. Our efforts serve to enhance and maximize the education of every child while aiding them in achieving their highest potential. The PTO sponsors assistance to teachers, holds fundraisers for supplemental educational materials and experiences, supports school and family social interaction, and provides a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
Our Mission
The primary goal of the PTO is to enhance the education and to build a safe and fun community for all children during their time at Kaufman Elementary School. We do this by supporting enrichment during the school day and through community-building events during evenings and on weekends.

Eleni Parks
President
Eleni has been serving the PTO for 8 years and has served as President for 5 of those years. Eleni has 2 boys who attended Kaufman Elementary. One is currently in 3rd grade and the other has moved on to 7th grade. Eleni volunteers because the PTO helps serve the school in a capacity of fundraising and enrichment for the students.

VP of Fundraising
Stefanie has 6 years of service with Kaufman PTO. This is her 4th year as VP of Fundraising. Stefanie has 3 children: Henry 1, Kaleb in 3rd grade, and Hailey in 5th grade at Vogel. Stefanie loves being involved and helping the school! “We do it for the kids to make Kaufman continue to be the best school ever.”

VP of Events
Katie has been serving the PTO for 7 years. She has 4 kids - 1 in college, 1 in 7th grade at Irons, 1 in 6th grade at Vogel, and the baby in 3rd grade at Kaufman. Katie loves being able to help the teachers and school.

Treasurer
Janna has 6 years with Kaufman PTO and also volunteers at Vogel. Janna has two kids, Lila in 5th grade and Lincoln in 1st grade. Janna’s reason for being so loyal to the PTO directly reflects her motto: “Those who can’t teach, help!” Janna loves the school, the kids and the staff!

Secretary
Nikki has been on PTO for 7 years, holding a board position for 4 years. Nikki has 3 kids at 3 different schools: Irons, Vogel and Kaufman. Kaufman PTO is her second family. “We have had so much fun over the years.” Nikki loves being able to help the school raise money while also getting to see her littles throughout the day.

Volunteer Coordinator
This is Kara’s 2nd year with the Kaufman PTO and first to serve on the board. Kara has 3 girls that all go to Kaufman (kinder, 3rd, 4th). Kara’s family moved here from Washington state in 2021, and she was amazed at all the events Kaufman put on.

Jessica has been on PTO for 3 years but has been volunteering as a room mom for 6 years. Jessica has 3 kids. Arleigh went to Kaufman from K-4 and is now at Founders Classical Academy in Conroe, Colton is in 4th grade at Kaufman and Aubrie is in 3rd grade at Kaufman.

Brittney is currently serving her second year on Kaufman PTO. She was a vice president/parent coordinator for a parent-participation preschool for 2 years in Montana prior to moving to Texas. Brittney has 2 girls. Hannah is a 3rd grader at Kaufman.

Teacher Appreciation Chair
Ashley has been volunteering on the PTO every year that her daughter has been at Kaufman. This will be her 3rd year. Ashley is a mom to one beautiful, smart and oh-so-chatty daughter whose in the 3rd grade this year at Kaufman. Ashley’s daughter loves to dance and is a part of a local competitive dance team.

Decorating Coordinator
Francisca has been with the PTO for one year and we are very happy to have her. Francisca has two children, in Kaufman 4th grade and Xakery at Oakridge in 9th grade. Francisca believes helping support the schools our children attend only helps increase opportunities for a better education for them.

Communications Coordinator
Sarah has been volunteering with Kaufman PTO for three years and is currently the communications coordinator at both Kaufman Elementary and Vogel Intermediate. Sarah’s oldest daughter is in 5th grade at Vogel, she also has a 3rd grader at Kaufman and a 3-year-old at home.

Tiffiny has been involved in PTO for 4 years and is currently a paraprofessional at Kaufman. Tiffiny has a daughter in 3rd grade at Kaufman, a 7th grade daughter at Irons, and just welcomed a new baby boy to their family. Tiffany loves the PTO because it's all for the kids and teachers.

This is Dara’s 2nd year with the yearbook and 3rd year helping the PTO. Dara has 2 kids, Jake is in the 3rd grade and Ella is in 1st grade. We have loved every single teacher we have had, they are always the best.

This is Bea’s 2nd year with the PTO. She has 1 kiddo at Kaufman Elementary. Bea volunteers because it keeps her connected to her kids' school and she likes helping out wherever and whenever she can.
