Eleni Parks

Eleni has been serving the PTO for 8 years and has served as President for 5 of those years. Eleni has 2 boys who attended Kaufman Elementary. One is currently in 3rd grade and the other has moved on to 7th grade. Eleni volunteers because the PTO helps serve the school in a capacity of fundraising and enrichment for the students. She believes an effective PTO is essential for the growth and development of all schools. PTO is also a great way for parents to be more involved with their children's education. Eleni brings passion and a can-do attitude to the PTO, as well as natural leadership and humor we have all grown to love. FAVORITE EVENT: Peppermint Village. Because she loves watching the kiddos shop for their families and loved ones. “I see the excitement they have for shopping on their own.” When Eleni isn’t serving the PTO, which isn’t very often, She loves being a baseball mom. “I love watching my boys play.” Eleni has a loving husband and enjoys spending time at the beach or fishing with her family.
