For the safety of the students, all prospective volunteers are required to complete a CISD volunteer application. In completing the application, volunteers will be submitting information for the purpose of conducting a criminal history check. The application must be submitted every school year. The background check is strictly confidential and will be processed through the CISD Department of Human Resources.
